Job Description

  • Attend to phone-in enquiries and feedback on newspaper and magazine subscriptions, promotions and delivery issues

  • Handle email correspondences

  • Manage customer relationship through effective follow-up and appropriate resolutions

  • Assist in administrative duties and ad-hoc projects


  • Diploma with one year of customer service experience preferably in a call centre environment

  • Passion for customer service

  • Good interpersonal and communication skills  

  • Able to converse in Mandarin with our Chinese speaking subscribers

  • Able to work under pressure and in a fast pace environment

  • Good IT skills   

  • Tech savvy, creative thinking and resilient

Working hours

  • Monday to Friday 8.30am to 6pm.  Overtime may be required on week days during subscription drive.

  • Required to work on  Saturday or Sunday from 8.30am to 12.30pm  (approximate 3 times in 8 weeks)
