Job Description

  • 5 days week normal office hours
  • Located in West area

Our client is a global service provider in international transport and freight forwarding.

Responsibilities:

  • Assisting the Manager in managing the assigned CS operation
  • Key contact for customer
  • To meet all operational KPIs and required service standard.
  • Ensure proper keeping of cycle count sheet for audit trail purpose
  • Reconciling all stock discrepancies
  • Experience in order processing
  • Collate and compute the monthly KPI report
  • Ensure the CSE/CSO submit the KPI per established schedule
  • Maintain inventory accuracy between us & customer’s WMS system

 

Requirements:

  • Diploma in Logistics or Business Admin
  • Proficient in MS Office applications
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Customer service oriented
