Customer Service Officer (Logistics / Up $2500 / West & Central / 0-3 Yrs Exp)

Responsibilities:

• Execute all order processing activities with regards to Inbound, Outbound, and Inventory Management
• Prepare shipping documentations (Packing list, Certificate of Origin).
• Liaise with internal departments, vendors, overseas counterpart to process order request from customers
• Ensure the shipments are delivered to customers smoothly and promptly.
• Involved in receiving goods from suppliers, inspecting returned products, handling LC documents, assist in strategic planning, maintaining stock levels, and related ad hoc duties.
• Attend to customers’ request to ensure customer satisfaction and retention

Requirements:

• 0-3 years of relavent experience in logistics coordination/customer service/shipping
• Candidate without relevant experience is welcome to apply as training will be provided
• Able to work under fast-paced environment
• Able to start work immediately or within short notice
