Job Description

My Client is an MNC in the service industry looking for a customer service oritented candidate to join them as a customer service officer cum receptionist 

 

Job Description:

1) Address concerns from clients and escalate important cases

2) Answer incoming calls in a professional and courteous manner 

3) Handling operational assignments and assist with secaratery works 

4) Any other ad-hoc assignments as requested by Service Manager 

 

Job Requirements:

1) Minimum nitec and above 

2) Able to speak well and in a professional manner 

3) Must be comfortable with handling clients and walk-ins 

4) Those with experience in the hospitality industries are highly preferred 

5) At least 1 year of experience in the customer service industry is required
