Job Description

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Attend to walk-in customers, answering phone calls and email enquiries
  • Effectively manage large amounts of incoming calls
  • Resolves service problems by clarifying the customer's issues and determining the cause of the problem to provide appropriate support
  • Liaise with customers and contractors on installation and service maintenance
  • Attend to showroom and spare part sales for walk-in customers
  • Data entry for customer information, feedback, complaints, warranty cards
  • Coordinate and process service job orders
  • Keep records of customer interactions, orders and consignment stocks
  • Provide support to Sales personnel
  • Data management and filing

     

SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS

  • Min GCE 'N/O' level, preferably with 2 years of relevant experience in a call centre environment
  • Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritise, and manage time effectively
  • Pleasant personality with good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Customer oriented and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters
  • Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
  • A team player with positive service mind-set
  • Proficient in MS Office applications
