- Welcome customers enquiring about mobile issues
- Basic technical troubleshoot for the handphone and explain it to customers
- Attend to service customer enquiries promptly and politely
- Ensure data entry of keying of customer’s details and mobile details with accuracy
- Cooperate closely with technician especially for the handover of mobile handset and customer info
Requirements
- Able to speak and understand English and Mandarin(in order to liaise with Mandarin speaking customers)
- Love to interact with customers
- Effective team player
- Positive working attitude
- Willing to work 6 days including weekends and PH
- Candidates who are able to start work within short notice will be an advantage
