The Job
As part of the Customer Service team, you will manager and respond to product queries ensuring high quality customer service and will work closely with with internal and external stakeholders to perform customer service duties including:

  • Providing exemplary customer service experience through the various customer service channels effectively=
  • Responding to the daily enquiries and feedback with accurate and relevant information within stipulated SLA
  • Providing customers with a resolution in a professional manner
  • Identifying potential escalations, issues and ensuring feedback is correctly routed to the relevant department for investigation or follow up
  • Ensuring you are up-to-date with the products and services by having a good understanding of workflows supporting these products
  • Maintaining a record of conversations on the database in adherence to PDPA and confidentiality standards
  • Ability to work effectively with both internal and external stakeholders

The Profile

  • You have Diploma or equivalent certifications and have at least 2 years of customer service working experience
  • You are proficient in Microsoft Office, CRM systems.
  • You have excellent written and oral communication skills and are excellent at written correspondence
  • You are capable of multi-tasking and managing time well
  • You are meticulous and detail orientated
  • You are a good team player with ability to work well independently and have a positive attitude with a willingness to take up challenges
