Job Description

Job Descriptions: 
Manage all office administration matters - for instance, season parking, stationery, pantry supplies and so forth
Handle customer service hotline regarding on FnB queries (For example: ETA of the orders in the outlet, location of the outlet, complains, general enquiry etc)
Assign riders through Whatsapp and process customer order
Follow up customer email and create e-vouchers
Follow up on compliance checks
Ad-hoc service crew in nearest outlets
Perform other ad-hoc and office administration duties as assigned

Requirements
Customer Oriented with good communication skills
Fresh grads welcome
Self motivated and have initiative to learn
Positive attitude and able to multitask, work quickly
Able to work independently
Careful and works with high accuracy
Singaporean / PR only

Working Hours and Salary:
4 days work weeks (2 days, 12 hours, 2 days 8 hours)
$1,800 to $2,000
