Responsibilities:

  • Manage customer dispute and escalated cases assigned from call center
  • Conduct investigation on disputes/escalated cases
  • Engage and provide resolution to customer
  • Handle repeated calls

Requirements:

  • Diploma in any field with min 1 year of customer service/call center experience
  • Proficient in MS applications
  • Knowledge in mobile technology (e.g. Blackberry, iPhone, Smart phones) or multimedia technology (ADSL, Wi-Fi & Fiber Broadband) is an advantage
  • Possess passion in customer service
  • Good communication skills and be able to multitask
