Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Handle customers’ enquiries and order taking
  • Administer pricing updates and assist in account receivable
  • Coordinate and provide sales support to the sales team
  • Ensure customers’ orders are processed and fulfilled promptly
  • Assist in handling customers’ issues and achieve 100% customer satisfaction at all times
  • Cross sell and up sell whenever possible
  • Work closely with internal departments to achieve Company’s objectives
  • Give recommendations and suggestion on area of improvement through conducting of customer surveys and other means
  • Assist Customer Service Supervisor in implementing work processes and procedures to enhance productivity, effectiveness and efficiency


Requirements:

  • GCE O level with 1 to 2 years of relevant working experience
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Possess strong customer service mindset and telephone communication skills
  • Good communication and organization skills in order to meet stipulated deadlines
  • Meticulous with a strong sense of urgency and with a positive attitude
  • Ability to multi-task and proactive to function efficiently and effectively in a fast paced environment
  • Bilingual in English and Chinese (in order to coordinate with English and Chinese speaking vendors in regards with the invoices, discrepancies and payment.)
