Job Description

  • Manage corporate account clients and resolve feedback
  • Handle general enquiries and registration including walk-in customers at the counter
  • Issuance/ collection and maintenance of trainer’s kit and log book
  • Manage training administration such as course registration and verification of trainees’ entry requirements, feedback, learning outcome surveys, systems administration, logistics arrangement, and any other administrative duties
  • Ensure proper and complete records for all training registrations
  • Be proactive in responding and managing enquiries such as promptly attending to email enquiries and phone calls
  • Monitor and measure the satisfaction of clients and trainees and follow up with companies and trainees on learning outcome survey forms, compiling the data and preparing analysis
  • Liaise with team to develop and plan training calendar, seminars, workshops and events and other training matters
  • Assist in applications, audits, certifications, funding etc with relevant authorities and bodies
  • Adhere to requirements by relevant authorities and company policies
  • Ensure proper handover to respective departments and relevant persons in the process flow
  • Provide daily and monthly reports for management review
  • Highly self-motivated to achieve KPIs
  • Possess strong work ethics and adhere to company’s confidentiality policies and PDPA
  • Other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the company


Job Requirements:

  • Competent in Microsoft applications (Excel, Word, Outlook, Navision)
  • Meticulous, systematic, organised and ensure proper and complete records for filing
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build strong rapport with clients and the ability to relate well at all levels
  • Able to work independently without much supervision
  • Well rounded team player to build efficiency and foster a strong team environment
  • Good coordination and organisational skills
  • Working hours is based on 5.5 days (44 hours) per week, which may include 1 weekend (either Saturday or Sunday) (depending on training schedule)
  • May be required to work on Public Holidays (depending on training schedule). Off-in-lieu or credit leave available for work on Public Holidays.
