CUSTOMER SERVICE OFFICER

Responsibilities:

  • Deliver high level of professionalism to wide range of customers up to private banking clients
  • Meet clients’ needs through comprehensive & diversified range of products and services we offer
  • Conduct and analyze yearly financial reviews and strategies for clients to achieve financial goals
  • Build and maintain clientele database
  • Establish quality recruitment and selection


Requirements

  • At least 21 years old & above
  • A minimum of GCE ‘A’ Level, local Polytechnic Diploma, Bachelor Degree or Higher Educational Qualifications
  • Self-driven and ambitious individual that possess optimism, confidence and strong communication skills
