 Job Scope 

  • Handle level 1 of inbound call and email enquiries.
  • Monitoring and support of Linux & Windows systems on AWS cloud to customers.
  • Manage support cases to ensure issues are recorded, tracked, resolved and follow ups are done in timely manner.
  • Rotating daily and nightly shifts.


 

Requirements:

  • O level / Nitec / Higher Nitec in Information Technology discipline preferred
  • Possess strong sense of responsibility, initiative and commitment
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Meticulous and is a team player with a pro-active and good attitude
  • Must be able to perform shift work
  • Experience with Linux / Windows Administration / Cloud (Amazon Web Services) will be an advantage.
