Customer Service Officer(IT Support, Shift Work)
- Handle level 1 of inbound call and email enquiries.
- Monitoring and support of Linux & Windows systems on AWS cloud to customers.
- Manage support cases to ensure issues are recorded, tracked, resolved and follow ups are done in timely manner.
- Rotating daily and nightly shifts.
- O level / Nitec / Higher Nitec in Information Technology discipline preferred
- Possess strong sense of responsibility, initiative and commitment
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Meticulous and is a team player with a pro-active and good attitude
- Must be able to perform shift work
- Experience with Linux / Windows Administration / Cloud (Amazon Web Services) will be an advantage.
