Customer Service Officer (Inventory)
- Working Hours: Mondays to Fridays, 9am – 6pm
- Location: West
- Basic Salary: Up to $2400
Our client, a leading MNC in the logistics industry, is seeking for an incumbent to join their team as a Customer Service Officer.
- To assist in managing the assigned internal customer accounts
- To ensure orders are processed and reports are submitted to internal accounts
- Investigate root-cause of incidents/service failures and make recommendation for improvements
- Initiate cycle counts as per schedule
- Analyse KPI results and provide suggestions to improve the service level
- Min. Dip in Logistics/Supply Chain or any related discipline
- Proficient in MS Office
