Job Description

  • Working Hours: Mondays to Fridays, 9am – 6pm
  • Location: West
  • Basic Salary: Up to $2400

 

Our client, a leading MNC in the logistics industry, is seeking for an incumbent to join their team as a Customer Service Officer.


Job Responsibilities:

  • To assist in managing the assigned internal customer accounts
  • To ensure orders are processed and reports are submitted to internal accounts
  • Investigate root-cause of incidents/service failures and make recommendation for improvements
  • Initiate cycle counts as per schedule
  • Analyse KPI results and provide suggestions to improve the service level

 

Job Requirements:

  • Min. Dip in Logistics/Supply Chain or any related discipline
  • Proficient in MS Office
