Customer Service Officer (Import / Export / Transhipments)

Basic up to $2800

Working Location: North Area (Near marymount mrt)

Working hrs: 5 days office hrs

Industry: Freight forwarding

Responsibilities:

• Provide support to sale department
• Co-ordinate between customers and transporters, warehouse etc
• Preparation of documents for Import / Export/Transhipments/D/O release
• Verifying for all costs
• Attend to enquiry on rates, shipment tracking, etc
• liaise with overseas agents and customers to ensure smooth shipment

Requirements:

• Experience in handling shipping documents for eg. Import / Export/Transhipments/D/O release etc.
• Good understanding of Incoterms 2010
• Proficient in MS Office
• Self-discipline, initiative, responsible and independent in a fast-paced environment
• A good team player with good interpersonal and communication skills
• Flexible / Adaptive to changes
• Meticulous to details
