Job Description

We have immediate vacancies for Full-Time Customer Relations Officers at a location in the West.

 

The Job

 

You will be stationed at information counters in a complex of office/commercial buildings to provide customer service to visitors and tenants of the complex. You will attend to requests for information, help and to handle feedback to the best of your ability. You will also be responsible for execution of general administrative duties and booking of facilities as assigned by the supervisor.

The Successful Applicant

  • Singaporean
  • Min. GCE ‘O’ Level or Nitec Office Skills
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Fluent in English and another local language
  • A team player and is committed
  • PC literate and typing skills
  • Can start immediately or at short notice
