Customer Service Officer (F&B/ 5.5 days/ Urgent) @ West

Job Description

• *No quota for foreigners*
• Processing and coordinating customers' orders and to ensure that the correct goods reaches the customers on time
• Conduct customer service calls regularly and liaise with the organization's various departments relating to collection and delivery of orders etc
• Handle calls promptly by providing accurate and timely information, alternatives and solutions to customer orders
• Handle offline/online orders, queries and feedback from web, apps & emails
• Follow up promptly with customers to resolve issues
• Provide respondents' feedback to respective departments to improve customer experience
• Introduce and share products with customers (upselling)
• Working day (5.5 days):
  • Mon-Fri: 8.30am - 5.30pm
  • Sat: 8.30am - 12.30pm (alternate Sat)
• Basic salary $2,200-2,400 + Sales incentive ($200-300) + AWS + Variable bonus 
• 14 days annual leave per year

Job Requirement

• Preferably with min 1 year experience in customer service
• Preferably with online sales/ e-commerce experience
• Able to speak and write in both English and Chinese as required to communicate with English and Chinese speaking customers
• Good communication and written skills
• Must have knowledge on MS Word and MS Excel
