Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Handle queries and feedbacks over the phone
  • Attend and assist in enrollment
  • Update course report regularly
  • Liaise with teacher for new enrollment and payment
  • Any other ad-hoc duties


Requirements:

  • Candidate should possess at least a "O" level and above
  • Preferably with experience working in customer service industry
  • Proficient in using Microsoft office applications
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication and organizing skills
  • Able to multitask
  • Able to communicate in both English and Chinese fluently to liaise with clients


Office Location:
Tradehub 21 (near Jurong East MRT)
Mon to Fri 8.30am to 5.30pm
