Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Handling of incoming & outgoing calls, queries, feedback & complaints in a professional manner.
  • Efficient monitoring of CCTV footages
  • Administrative works with Microsoft office knowledge

Requirements:

  • Must have good personality and good communication skills.
  • Preferably but not compulsory at least 1 year Customer Service experience.
  • Must be willing to work on rotation basis (24/7 Operations). Off-day does not necessary fall on weekend or public holidays.
  • Full-time/ Part-time positions available.
  • Good phone etiquette and communication skills.
  • Salary based on experience.
