Customer Service Officer (Contract; Shifts) - $2,500
Job Description
• To call and provide information to customer.
• Manage & resolve customer’s feedback.
• Handle email correspondence
• Prepare and analyse reports and relay important information to stakeholders in a timely and accurate manner
• Able to multi-task on tasks given by your Supervisor/Manager
• Adhoc duties as required
Requirements
• Minimum Diploma in any discipline
• At least 1-2 years of customer service experience is highly preferred
• Able to commit rotating shift hours (8am-8pm/ 8pm-8am - monthly rotation)
