- Attend to customer’s enquiries and feedback via phone calls and emails
- Deal with large data sets of contact numbers
- Consolidate figures and prepare monthly reports
- Diploma holder with at least 2 years of experience in a call centre environment
- Proficient in MS Office
- Effective communication skills
