
Customer Service Officer (Call Center)
Job Description
- Working location: Mattar
- Working days: Monday to Sunday (5.5 days shift)
- Working hours: Office hours, 9.30am to 6.30pm
- Salary: Up to $8/hr
Job Duties:
1) Handles customer service hotline and provide first level of support
2) Provide quality customer service to customers over the phone or email
3) Handle escalated cases that do not fall within FAQs
4) Listen, probe and question in order to clarify and understand customer needs
5) Other ad-hoc duties assigned
Requirements
1) Comfortable working in Call Centre Environment
2) Good communication skills
3) Able to work under fast pace & high pressure working environment
5) Able to start work immediately
