Job Description

3rd party call centre is hiring for contract position as Customer Service Officer that is convertible to permanent!
Fast interview arrangement & able to start work immediately

  • Working location: Mattar
  • Working days: Monday to Friday
  • Working hours: Office hours, 8am to 5pm / 9.30am to 6pm
  • Salary: Up to $2000/mth

Job Duties:

  1. Handles customer service hotline and provide first level of support
  2. Provide quality customer service to customers over the phone or email
  3. Handle escalated cases that do not fall within FAQs
  4. Listen, probe and question in order to clarify and understand customer needs
  5. Other ad-hoc duties assigned

Requirements:

  1. Minimum Diploma holder
  2. Comfortable working in Call Centre Environment 
  3. Good communication skills
  4. Customer-oriented, positive attitude, able to work under pressure with minimal supervision
  5. Able to start work immediately
