Customer Service Officer (Airfreight / 5.5 Days / Max $2.2k)

• Assists in Airfreight export operations
• Coordinate with customers & agents to ensure smooth delivery
• Familiar with AWB/Permits
• Billing and admin duties

Requirements: 

• Singaporean only
• NTC 3 & above 
• Proficient in English & Mandarin as need to communicate in Mandarin with Chinese associates & understand the Chinese wirtten labelling on shipping items
• Familar with MS Office
• Flexible with OT
