Our client, in the logistics industry, is seeking Customer Service Officer to join their team.
 

Job Responsibilities:

  • Process customers’ orders on time
  • Liaise with customers on shipments and resolve service failures (if any)
  • Take part in cycle count and reconcile stock discrepancies
  • Handle inventory management for customers
  • Collate and compute monthly KPI reports

Job Requirements:

  • Diploma in Logistics & Supply Chain Management
  • Effective communication skills
