Customer Service Offer/ Third -Party Call Centre [HEALTHCARE SUPPORT
-Near to Mattar MRT Station (Downtown Line)
-Help to answer any queries by the general public about the healthcare sector.
-Handling incoming calls from the public.
-Assisting customer for their general enquires.
-Provide and solve customers enquires and feedback over the phone.
-Able to efficiently input all required information in the system.
-Conduct excellent customer service
-Have good interpersonal and communication skills
-Able to work in a fast pace environment
-Passionate in customer service line
IMPORTANT DETAILS (*Take Note*):
-5 Day Shift Work (Including Sat, Sun and PH)
- Must be comfortable with shift timings being allocated (Including overnight shifts)
-1 week of training will be provided
- Must work for a minimum of at least 3 months
- Convertible to full time upon completion of temp contract subject to performance (1800 to 2000 per month)
- $8 per hour
- Public Holiday will be double pay
- Earn up to $87 per DAY or up to $159 per DAY (PUBLIC HOLIDAYS)
