Customer Service Offer/ Third -Party Call Centre [HEALTHCARE SUPPORT
-Near to Mattar MRT Station
-Help to answer any queries by the general public about the healthcare sector.
-Handling incoming calls from the public.
-Assisting customer for their general enquires.
-Provide and solve customers enquires and feedback over the phone.
-Able to efficiently input all required information in the system.
-Conduct excellent customer service
-Have good interpersonal and communication skills
-Able to work in a fast pace environment
-Passionate in customer service line
IMPORTANT DETAILS (*Take Note*):
-Monday to Friday Work Week
-8.30am to 6pm
-Public Holiday will be double pay
-1 week of training will be provided
8 per hour
