Job Description

The ideal incumbent is responsible for leading a team of trained product experts who provide our customers with a delightful, frictionless experience. 

Responsibilities

  • Lead customer service operations and work with the team to resolve customers’ queries and deliver a positive customer experience
  • Give constant direction to team members to ensure that all customer inquiries are rightfully attended to on time and in the best way possible to give them satisfaction
  • Provide assistance to team members whom are experiencing difficulties in the discharge of their duties by giving them personal coaching

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • Min 7 years of relevant experience in Customer Service or Call Centre
  • Knowledge in Zendesk Chat software will be an added advantage 
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
