Job Description

Your scope of work includes responsibilities in the areas of Customer Service, Public Relations and Human Resource. The following list serves to give you a guide but is not meant to be exhaustive.

  1. Ensure smooth execution of front desk and overall clinic operations (including Orthodontic services)
    1. Ensure that service standards are upheld consistently
    2. Ensure that all customer service protocols are up to date and made readily available to all team members.
  2. Manage feedback and correspondence from patients and members of the public
    1. Handle online and offline feedback professionally and promptly
    2. Handle all correspondence with patients and any other external sources with confidence and skill
  3. Conduct appropriate training for staff
    1. Orientation
    2. On-the-job Training with regular monitoring, feedback and suitably times assessments.
  4. Clinical Operations
    1. To work with other leaders to make improvements in work processes in order to give the patients a better service experience
    2. Formulate or check the duty roster

Requirements 

  • Min Diploma / Degree in any courses 
  • Need to have leadership experience leading a team of customer service staffs 
  • Previous 4 to 5 experience in customer service role 
  • Previous experience in airlines industry will be an advantage 

Salary range: $3.5K  to $4.5K
