Job Description

  • Oversee the team of Customer Service Coordinators.
  • Manage, monitor and improve the performance of the Customer Service Coordinators and develop processes within the team to improve customer satisfaction.
  • Ensure that all customer complaints are attended to promptly and in a professional manner.
  • Work closely with the Operation/ Maintenance department.
  • Actively participate in commercial team meetings and communicate areas of improvements for the company..
  • Assist in the preparation of weekly/monthly reports.
  • Ensures that all customer complaints are handled in a timely and professional manner.

Requirements:

  • Possess a Degree in any field.
  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in chemical or logistics industry.
  • Experienced with Order to Cash fulfilment process.
  • Experienced with order management systems or ERP system.
