- Oversee the team of Customer Service Coordinators.
- Manage, monitor and improve the performance of the Customer Service Coordinators and develop processes within the team to improve customer satisfaction.
- Ensure that all customer complaints are attended to promptly and in a professional manner.
- Work closely with the Operation/ Maintenance department.
- Actively participate in commercial team meetings and communicate areas of improvements for the company..
- Assist in the preparation of weekly/monthly reports.
- Ensures that all customer complaints are handled in a timely and professional manner.
- Possess a Degree in any field.
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in chemical or logistics industry.
- Experienced with Order to Cash fulfilment process.
- Experienced with order management systems or ERP system.
