- Answer enquiries, schemes and campaign related enquires
-Provide good customer service to customers within the first call
- Identify trending issues and types of feedbacks for areas of improvement
- Handle and manage escaltion issues effectively
- Possess good spoken and written communication skills
- Proactive, good organizational skills and time management
- Supervisory positions are available too
- Salary: $8/hr
- Location: East-Central
- Working schedule: Office/Shift Work, 5 days - 5.5days work week.
