Job Scopes:

• Reporting to the Assistant Customer Service Manager
• Process and coordinate customers’ orders
• Liaise with organization’s various divisions relating to customers’ orders and enquiries 
• Responsible for the administrative matters
• Provide support to team
• Preparation of Purchase Requisitions (PR) and Purchase (PO)
• Managing of contracts and record of all inventory items

Job Requirements:

• Secondary, Nitec, Diploma studies
• 1-2 years of related working experience
• Microsoft Office
• Good interpersonal and communcation skills
• Detailed and able to work independently
