Job Description

Remuneration Package:

  • Salary: up to S$ 2,200.00 per month (depending on experience and after confirmation)

 

Responsibilities:

  • Answer incoming calls and take prompt and immediate actions on various customer’s request
  • Manage and resolve customers’ complaints and  feedback
  • Ensure Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) is properly carried out
  • Meet customer experience target set by management
  • Perform duties as and when assigned by the Team Leader
  • First contact resolution of all cases handled
  • Project a positive and helpful attitude to external and internal customers

Requirements:

  • Minimum O Level
  • Proficient in relevant computer applications
  • Knowledge of Customer Service principles and practices
  • Knowledge of Call Centre telephony and technology
  • Relevant experience in Call Centre or Customer Service environment, at least 6 months experience
  • Good data entry and typing skills
  • Able to liaise directly to Mandarin-speaking customers is an added advantage
  • Available to start immediately

 

Additional Information:

  • 5.5 working days (Mon-Fri: 9am to 6pm; Sat: 9am to 1pm); 44 hours per week
  • Contact Centre environment
  • Working Location at Tampines
  • Shuttle service provided on selected timing
