Job Description

Remuneration Package:

  • Salary: up to S$ 1,800.00 per month (inclusive of basic salary and variable allowances)

 

Responsibilities:

  • Perform outbound calls to members, advise on benefits and remind on payment (no selling)
  • To handle members’ termination request; save or retain members from terminating their membership
  • Ensure daily and monthly KPIs are met and exceeded
  • Deliver excellent level of customer service to ensure members satisfaction
  • Team player and able to multi task

Requirements:

  • Minimum O Level
  • Proficient in relevant computer applications
  • Knowledge of Customer Service principles and practices
  • Relevant experience in Call Centre or Customer Service environment, at least 6 months experience
  • Good data entry and typing skills
  • Able to liaise directly to Mandarin-speaking customers is an added advantage
  • Available to start immediately

 

Additional Information:

  • 5.0 working days (Mon-Thu: 9am to 7pm and Fri: 9am to 6pm); 44 hours per week
  • Contact Centre environment
  • Working Location at Tampines
  • Shuttle service provided on selected timing
