Customer Service Executive (Up to $3,000 per mth)
- Ensure that all compliments and complaints are addressed (through calls/emails)
- To provide accessible, timely, effective, efficient and professional quality service to resolve problems and improve customer satisfaction
- Regular updates for follow up actions & problem status; escalation of problems to relevant parties when required
- Minimum of Diploma
- Possesses at least 2 year of relevant working experience
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong customer service skills
