  • To provide accessible, timely, effective, efficient and professional quality service to resolve problems and improve customer satisfaction
  • Regular updates for follow up actions & problem status; escalation of problems to relevant parties when required

Job Requirement

  • Minimum of Diploma
  • Possesses at least 2 year of relevant working experience
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Strong customer service skills
