Job Description
• Location: East
• Employment Type: Permanent
• Salary: Up to $2600 + Performance Bonus + Medical & Dental benefits
• Working Hours: 8.30am to 6.00pm (Mon - Fri), 8.30am to 12.30pm (Sat)
Responsibilities:
- Act as key customer touchpoint, attending to general and technical enquiries over the Phone, Online Chat, Social Media or Email
- Coordinate with maintenance support team to resolve clients’ concern
- Open support ticket in the system, as well as monitor and follow up on all outstanding support ticket
- Coordinate with logistics, warehouse, transportation, and sales as required
- Prepare customer service reports, and record product quality and customer trends on timely basis
- Participate in customer-retention programs
- Any other ad-hoc duties assigned
Requirements:
- Prior customer service experience
- Good communication skills
- Able to work independently in a fast pace environment
