Job Description:

  • Serve as an expert in the support experience for project.
  • Develop and share deep expertise on products
  • Support and respond troubleshooting quickly to resolve any issues
  • Identify trends and areas of opportunity based on support, and relay information to other departments
  • Provide feedback and recommendations when necessary

Requirement

  • Able to converse in both English & Thai (to communicate with Thailand's counterpart)
  • Degree in any field
  • 1 – 2 years of working experience
  • Able to commit 5 days work week, office hours
  • Tech savvy and familiar with social media platforms
