Customer Service Executive (Supply Chain) - $3200

Salary: up to $3200 
Location: Great World City 
Working Hours Mon - Fri 90am - 530pm

Job Description
1. Order Management (Export)
• Process prebook and sales orders for export markets in ASEAN
• Process non-sale orders (samples/promotion/sponsorship/POP) and ensure that the orders are processed and delivered on time to support marketing plans
• Plan monthly order shipments and liaise with internal and external teams to ensure timely order fulfilment and achievement of sales target
• Work closely with market, vendor, 3PL, sourcing team to plan and execute logistics & distribution plans at optimum cost

2. Customer Service
• Act as a single point of contact for the export distributors on all matters relating to orders and delivery
• Provide shipment plan and order update to export distributors
• Work with the export distributors, Business Manager, product & marketing team to provide business support and customer service to the markets for continuous growth

3. Order Book Management
• Manage the export order book and ensure the orders are captured accurately and up to date
• Provide business analysis on the order book against projected sales 
• Deliver accurate and timely shipment forecast for export 

4. Market specific value-added service & custom requirements 
• Prepare invoice and shipping documents to customer on time to facilitate shipments
• Process trade documents and ensure compliance with customs regulations, FTA and audit requirements
• Ensure market specific value-added service & custom requirements are adhered to

5. Others 
• Generate KPI reports for review
• Generate data analytics for sales and operations planning
• Develop process and solutions to improve efficiency in supply chain operations
• Other tasks as assigned by the Operations Manager
