Customer Service Executive #SGUnitedJobs #SGUP

This position reports to the Customer Service Manager and will assist in handling customer service enquiries via multiple channels

 

The trainee shall be involved in:

  • handling customers' feedback via multiple channels.
  • Upholding service standards by ensuring prompt turnaround for service requests
  • participating in customer engagement projects (eg. movies night etc),
  • providing relevant feedback to increase customer satisfaction.
  • performing post sales administrative tasks 

 

Competencies that the trainee will learn:

  • Problem solving skills
  • Inter-personal relationship skills
  • Product/technical knowledge
  • Manage customer behaviour

 

This position is open to both recent graduates and mid-career individuals who loves interacting with internal and external customers. Graduates interested in this position should possess a Poly Diploma. 

 

Qualification. Mid-career individuals from any qualification level can apply.

 

Traineeship Duration - 12 months. 

Opportunity to be confirmed as permanent employees after traineeship.
