Customer Service Executive (Public Healthcare)
- Liaise with and monitor service level of Outsourced Contact Centre, including preparing statistical reports for contact centre operations
- Handle enquiries for GP Hotline
- Handle MGP related MP appeals
- Service audits on calls and provide detailed incident report on the interactions.
- Any other Administrative Duties (prefer to keep generic instead of specifics as admin duties is quite wide)
- Minimum Degree in any discipline, preferably healthcare related
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in Contact centre with 1 year in Team Leader role preferred
- Proficiency in MS Excel and Powerpoint
