Job Description

Job Scope 

  • Liaise with and monitor service level of Outsourced Contact Centre, including preparing statistical reports for contact centre operations
  • Handle enquiries for GP Hotline
  • Handle MGP related MP appeals
  • Service audits on calls and  provide detailed incident report on the interactions.
  • Any other Administrative Duties (prefer to keep generic instead of specifics as admin duties is quite wide)  

Requirements

  • Minimum Degree in any discipline, preferably healthcare related
  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in Contact centre with 1 year in Team Leader role preferred
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and Powerpoint
