Working Location: Central
Mondays - Fridays, 11am - 7pm & Saturdays, 11am - 5pm
Up to $2,400 - 3,500 Depending on experiences

Our Client, in the IT Industry located at the Central has openings for Customer Service Executive.
- Provide pro-active support to the team
- Provide customer service over the phone
- Resolve customers' queries efficiently and escalate any issues promptly
- Liaise with internal departments to resolve customers’ queries
- Ensure that the service level is met
- Provide administrative support
- Other duties as and when assigned
- Minimum Nitec/Diploma
- At least 1 year of experience in customer service role
- At least 1 year of experience or knowledge in branded electronics products will be an advantage.
