Job Description

  • Provide excellent customer service to walk-in and on-line customers
  • Drive e-commerce business growth & enhance e-commerce customer experience
  • Achieve stated outcomes in customer service, financial targets, operational processes and staff development
  • This role requires a constant focus on a high quality customer experience

 

Requirements:

  • Required skill(s): Design, Content Writting, Photography, Social Media, E-commerce Platform (shoppe, lazada, etc,)
  • Applicants must be willing to work "retail hours" (weekend and night)
  • Customer-oriented with good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Self driven and resourceful

Candidates with relevant experience could be considered for Assistant Manager role.
