Job Description

Jobscope

  • Handle incoming enquiries from customers and preparation of documents
  • Co-ordinate, assign and dispatch service jobs to Field Service Engineers
  • Prepare quotation for spare parts, repairs and service contract
  • Spare part purchase, service tools purchase & calibration
  • Loan of service tools and parts in Southeast Asia region
  • Ensure regular ISO audits are passed
  • Maintain high data quality in Service CRM

Requirements

  • Minimum Diploma and/or Degree in Business Administration or any other related fields
  • SAP/CRM knowledge is preferred
  • Experience liaising with technician and engineers for servicing 
  • At least 2 years working experience as a Service Administrator or Customer Service
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
