Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Attend to customer inquiries in coordination for the day-to-day activities between stakeholders to achieve high customer service satisfaction.
  • To organize, schedule and execute sales order and provide Cash Invoice with cash payment for Walk in Customer
  • To organize delivery services, prepare delivery order and ensure the delivery is carrying out efficiently.
  • Liaise closely with various department regarding stock availability and customers’ packaging requirements to ensure timely deliveries
  • Liaise closely with transporter with delivery matters • Provide customer off take, delivery report and matching the Delivery Order with Purchase Order

Requirements

  • At least 2 years’ experience in customer service / sales administrative support
  • Analytical thinking, high attention to detail and accuracy
  • Energetic, precise and a fast learner • Computer literate, excel skills are important •
  • Organisational and problem-solving skills
  • Strong admin skills
  • Must be able to work in a team
  • Must be able to work under pressure
