Job Description

Our client is an established Ecommerce platform that is growing rapidly in the region. Carrying a wide portfolio of products, they are fast becoming the go-to platform for daily necessities.

 

The Job 
 

You will be responsible for : 

  • Interacting with customers via various channels, handling queries on product, pricing etc.
  • Attending to online orders and ensuring that orders are fulfilled in a timely manner
  • Handling customer complaints, investigating according to company's processes as well as escalating issues when required.
  • Ensuring proper documentation of issues and investigation and conducting follow-up until case is closed
  • Going out of the way to provide world-class customer service


The Profile 

  • You ideally have experience in a Customer Service role.
  • You have a pleasant, outgoing personality and enjoy speaking to people.
  • You possess excellent interpersonal as well as written and verbal communication skills.
  • You are able to think on your feet and adapt to different scenarios in a fast-paced environment
  • You enjoy learning and sharing new information.
