Customer Service Executive
Our client is an established Ecommerce platform that is growing rapidly in the region. Carrying a wide portfolio of products, they are fast becoming the go-to platform for daily necessities.
You will be responsible for :
- Interacting with customers via various channels, handling queries on product, pricing etc.
- Attending to online orders and ensuring that orders are fulfilled in a timely manner
- Handling customer complaints, investigating according to company's processes as well as escalating issues when required.
- Ensuring proper documentation of issues and investigation and conducting follow-up until case is closed
- Going out of the way to provide world-class customer service
- You ideally have experience in a Customer Service role.
- You have a pleasant, outgoing personality and enjoy speaking to people.
- You possess excellent interpersonal as well as written and verbal communication skills.
- You are able to think on your feet and adapt to different scenarios in a fast-paced environment
- You enjoy learning and sharing new information.
- This role is open to fresh graduates!
