Job Description

Aureus Academy is looking for a skilled individual who is personable, reliable, punctual and has
adequate experience in customer service.

 

Key responsibilities for this position include:

  • Communicate cordially and enthusiastically with parents and students in front desk interactions. Executives are expected to have extensive product knowledge and be able to make suitable and attractive recommendations to customers in order to generate more leads/ enrolments
  • Handle and process enrolments for school programmes
  • Assist with the management of all school programmes
  • Participate and execute sales activities for the generation of more leads and student enrolments; these include Open Houses, Roadshows, Teacher Performances, etc.
  • Recruit new students through all events or roadshows
  • Ability to manage multiple projects at any given time
  • Must be efficient in facilitating day-to-day operations

 

Pre-requisites:

  • Candidates with at least 1 year experience in customer service field are welcome. However, we do welcome fresh graduates too
  • Fluency in English and Mandarin Speaking, fluency in English reading comprehension and writing skills
  • Fluency in Microsoft Office and other general computer skills
  • Comprehensive training will be provided for all new employees for this position
