Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Handle export shipment matters
  • Attend to customer inquiries in coordination for the day-to-day activities between stakeholders to achieve high customer service satisfaction
  • To prepare documents for project submission, quotation etc
  • Correspond with Production and Warehouse department regarding stock availability and liaise closely with transporter on delivery matters
  • To compile and ensure the accuracy of the sales forecasts and disseminate necessary information to all department concerned

Requirements

  • Must have the experience in export shipments to and from Asia countries
  • At least 2 years’ experience in customer service / sales administrative support
  • Analytical thinking, high attention to detail and accuracy
  • Energetic, precise and a fast learner
  • Computer literate, excel skills are important
  • Organisational and problem-solving skills
  • Strong admin skills
  • Must be able to work in a team
  • Must be able to work under pressure

Other Information:

  • 5 days’ work week
  • 8.30am – 5.30pm
