Job Description

Summary of Role

Reporting to the GM – Finance & Operation. This role is responsible for ensuring the day to day functions of order processing are performed in a professional, timely and knowledgeable manner.

 

Key Accountabilities

  • Answering phone calls from customers, PD patients
  • Processing sales order from clinics, hospitals and PD patients
  • Issuing invoices to clinics, hospitals
  • Arranging delivery to clinics, hospitals
  • Filing for relevant documents, eg delivery order, tax invoices and customer purchase order
  • Handling goods returns from clinics, hospitals and PD patients

 

Qualifications and Experience

  • Diploma with 3 years of experience

 

Competencies

  • Customer service and logistic experience
  • Familiar with SAP accounting system
  • Independence, initiative, motivated
  • Friendly, good people skills
