Customer Service Executive
- Manages contracts including sales quotations, renewals and terminations.
- Coordinates with order processing and support teams for implementations, issues and/or disputes
- Keeps regular engagement with customers and updates them with new products and promotions and to maintain good relationship.
- Undertakes any other adhoc projects/duties related to sales as per assigned
- Diploma or degree in any discipline
- 1-2 years customer service or related experience
- Proficiency in computing and internet applications such as MS Office
- Strong communication skills (spoken and written)
- Excellent interpersonal skills with positive attitude
- Independent, result-oriented with the tenacity to perform in a fast-paced environment.
- Well-organized and meticulous.
